Easy 7-day returns on eligible items — because the only thing you should worry about is which colour to wear first.
The essentials
- 7-day window — raise a return within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, with all tags and hygiene liners intact, in original packaging.
- Refunds are issued as AOBA store credit (order value minus shipping fees) once your return passes our quality check — use it anytime on shopaoba.com.
Hygiene first: swimwear, lingerie sets, bralettes, panties and accessories are not returnable due to hygiene reasons. Use the fit calculator on every product page — or WhatsApp us before ordering and we'll personally size you.
How it works
Raise a request — WhatsApp us at +91-70552-92828 with your order number within 7 days of delivery.
Ship it back — our team shares the store address and shipping steps for your return on WhatsApp.
Quality check & store credit — once received and checked, your store credit is issued. We keep you posted at every step.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled any time before dispatch.
- Cash on Delivery: cancellable up to dispatch; once dispatched, a COD order cannot be cancelled.
- Prepaid, before dispatch: full refund via UPI for a quick transfer.
- Prepaid, after dispatch: shipping costs are deducted and the balance is refunded as AOBA store credit.
Claims
Claims for damaged, incorrect, or missing items are accepted only with a clear, uncut unboxing video.
