Refunds

All approved returns are refunded as AOBA store credit. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

Returns

We offer easy 7-day returns on eligible items — raise your request within 7 days of delivery on WhatsApp at +91-70552-92828 with your order number.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags and hygiene liners intact.

Due to hygiene reasons, the following are not returnable and not exchangeable: swimwear, lingerie sets, bralettes, panties, and accessories (including masks and scrunchies).

Once we receive and quality-check your return, store credit for the order value (after deduction of shipping fees) is issued to you. You can use it to place a new order anytime on shopaoba.com.

Note: the customer ships the item to our store address; our team shares the address and steps on WhatsApp when you raise the request.

Exchanges

All exchanges are processed as returns: return your original purchase for store credit (shipping fees deducted), then place a new order for the item you'd like. The 7-day window and hygiene exclusions above apply.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled any time before dispatch.

  • Cash on Delivery orders: cancellation is available up to dispatch. Once dispatched, a COD order cannot be cancelled.
  • Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch: a full refund is issued via UPI for a quick transfer.
  • Prepaid orders cancelled after dispatch: shipping costs are deducted from the refund amount, and the balance is refunded as AOBA store credit.

Claims

Claims for damaged, incorrect, or missing items are accepted only with a clear, uncut unboxing video.
