Terms of service

The current ToS structure is fine; rather than a risky full re-paste, make these edits in the policy editor:

  1. Add as the new first paragraph:
    "This website, shopaoba.com, is owned and operated by Aakar Intimates Private Limited, Agra, India ('AOBA', 'we', 'us', 'our')."
  2. Find & replace: every "Our Company" and "The Company" → "AOBA" (first occurrence: "AOBA (Aakar Intimates Private Limited)"). These appear mainly in the Liability and Selection sections.
  3. Add a new section before Prohibitions — "Returns & Refunds":
    "Returns, refunds, exchanges and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, available at /policies/refund-policy."
  4. Add a new section at the end — "Governing Law":
    "These Terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Agra, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction."
  5. Add a final section — "Contact & Grievances":
    "For any questions about these Terms, orders, or grievances, contact us on WhatsApp at +91-70552-92828 (10am–7pm IST). AOBA is a brand of Aakar Intimates Private Limited, Agra, India."
