How to measure yourself
Five minutes and a tape measure are enough.
Stand straight in light clothes
Use a soft tape and keep it level.
Bust
Measure around the fullest part of your chest.
Waist
Measure the narrowest part, usually above the navel.
Hips
Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
Note your torso length
For a one-piece, measure from the shoulder through the legs and back to the shoulder.
Choosing between sizes
